I got an email from the embassy today they said the visa has been issued. My husband has to be here by March 9, 2014.

I am so happy and so is my husband!

Today our status on the ceac website says issued and that the visa has been printed. Thank you all for being happy for me and my husband. I will remember you all in my prayers.

Please continue to pray for me. I still have no water in my house. The city water department says the pipes that bring water to my house under the street are frozen because of all the cold weather we have had. They can't do anything about it. It will be 2 months until the weather gets warmer. We might have to move out and live with my oldest son and I don't want to leave my home.

Aisha you need to stop,OK? Carolyn and her husband waited 4 and a half years and you are raining on her parade. Be happy for her and stop whining about your case not being updated every day of the week. The embassy told you long ago to stop emailing them and you blatantly ignored them. Hounding them 24 hours a day isn't going to help you. Learn from Carolyn's grace and patience. How many times have you threatened to kill yourself in these forums? Suicide is no joking matter, how many times are you going to cry wolf? People have had visas denied for being mentally unstable, you need to stop. CHILL OUT!!!!!!

I apologize to other members here for my rant. I check this thread every day in hopes that Carolyn and her husband finally received their visa, and FINALLY today they did. Every day Aisha is in here having a melt don over not having her case updated, I am tired of reading it.

A big HUGE congratulations Carolyn, your patience paid off and hopefully this whole nightmare will be a thing of the past. Please keep us updated on his progress and when he arrives. I'm so happy for you both!!!!! Happy dance

Now listen i am here for about 3 years and waiting very patiently but i am human and i lossing hope and i am not jelious with carolyn i am really very happy from my heart .my case and my feelings were not disturb due to her i am upset as this month our 3rd anniversary and we are still apart . Sendig email is only for my satisfaction .And i am facing lot of serious problem in my personal life no one every know how much i am in pain. i Always pray for her day and night for her let me tell you today every day i come to forum just to see the most happiest post which alhamdolliah yes i saw today and one more thing i went to hospital 2 times lost my breath almost and mimiolicous i am waiting for 3 years of wait ,you neverunderstand the pain of female,mu husband contacted to congress man, senator, i contated to dos .and i send them email 6 month 6 email i am not living in fool paradise. i know very well tht commiting suside is not a matter of joking .feel others pain no want to die .plz dont took me worng.

i am not crying wolf i am loosing my eyesigth due to this sever eye sight and and i am now i cant see with out any glasses .i am asthmatic and sever asthmatic patient, i am suffering now a days with this .if i dont have strength or power then i cant come to this point .So plz just pray for us that we pass through this tough dark tunnel .with the gift of issue.

I think the point is Aisha is that we are all in the same situation. My husband has been in AP for over a year, our journey started in 2011 and EVERYONE has personal situations that are difficult. The negativity is so counter productive and just brings everyone down, try being positive and find hope in Carolyn's issuance.

And just have to say it again...Carolyn I am so happy for you!!!

Your senator most likely has an online form to fill out to request assistance. It will be under Request Assistance from a Federal Agency. Then they will send you a form to sign so they can submit a request on your behalf.

Hello,

My beneficiary is female and her interview was on 4 feb they gave her the green paper... Idk why even everything she told was truth... We could have lied but did not... She met me on facebook and told counselor the same thing... Is it because of facebook they put her on AP or is there any other problem.... Counselor also told her that we have all your documents and dont need any additional paper... Please help me out.... My case was update on 4 and 5 feb after that no update :'( i have waited 2 years for marraige to convince both our parents and when everything is done and we were about to live a happy life... AP Apart us this is ao frustrating :'(
