So my queation is that after 11 march 2014 i will submit new medical only or no other ducuments as well

If you are still in AP after April 2014 you will have to submit new documents and pass port pics.

In my opinion is best when the embassy requests these documents b/c what if the medical expires again then once again then at least he saves some money in that sense. When the embassy is ready they will request documents again.

Any visa issuance in your case will have expiry date limited to March 11, 2014.

If they are ready to issue you a visa before March 11, 2014, they will ask you if you want to have the visa's expiry date extended to cover the entire 6 months that an immigrant visa is valid for, if you do then you will have to submit a new medical.

If, however, you are unfortunately still in AP as of March 11, 2014 then they will ask you for a new medical in all circumstances. But what we don't know is whether they will ask for it right away for ask for it when the AP is over.

Sometimes they don't want to do AP on a person if they are not medically fit for US immigration, therefore they ask for the new medicals whenever the old ones expire. Sometimes they continue the AP and ask for the medical when the visa is ready to be issued.

PS: Our medicals expire in March too. But haven't been asked for a new medical yet.

Waleed you might get a call for a new medical if your case is still in AP. Visa validity with six months is with medical validity of six months.

I have read your whole post Waleed and i hope you get your visa soon as AP is finished but sometimes AP takes such a long time that people have to bring new medical or even valid passports after expiry. If AP is completed before March even then they might ask for new medical reports they might not issue visa on 1 month validity of medical.

if you read the whole post, you would know that i was explaining exactly the same thing to the other person that you are now explaining to me! This kinda stuff makes the forums redundant! Anyways; i havent read any of your posts before, what is your case history?
