got email from embassy that documents received there but pending for review that will take 4-5 weeks, lets see what will happened one year is completed under AP

I got an email from the embassy today saying they received my documents 4 weeks ago and that they would contact my husband when AP was over. The problem is the name they used is not my husbands name but the case number was correct. They seem to be making a lot of mistakes with our case. At first writing to tell me my affidavit of support was alright then emailing and saying it was not good I needed a co-sponsor. After that they emailed and said my husband needed a new medical then they emailed and said his medical was good until March 2014 so ignore the request for a new medical. I am very concerned about these mistakes they keep making.

I have kept copies of their letters and emails with all their mistakes. I am thinking about sending them to the Chief of Missions and asking for a supervisor to look over our case.

heloo Guys after 25 nov no more update on my case before updating regularly .my interview was 6 june 2013 still in AP.

I have been scanning and emailing all day. I have put together a packet of letters and emails showing all the mistakes the embassy is making to our case. My husband will send this packet to Thomas Williams the new Deputy Chief of Mission at the embassy. I have asked that a supervisor review our case to determine why these mistakes are being made.

ahmadjutt embassy ask you that documents after 1 year? embassy tells you that they need 4 weaks for review the new documents?i am in AP from 18 months but now my case updating they also ask me my documents.

20days before completing one year i did email and they said give us new doc, mine case showing ready also after that they said give these doc, 2mnth before they ask for passport also, so now lets see what happend, one thing is confusing me that now its 5th time i am getting email from embassy but at ceac web site date is not changing

i have been following this forum since my husband's case was denied. currently his case was reaffirmed on september 2013 and i had been waiting for it to reach to Islamabad embassy . now his case is in embassy since october but i haven't heard from the embassy yet. today when i checked his case status ib ceac website it shows that his case status updated on December 4 2013 but it still says returned to NVC. does anyone have any idea about it? was his case again sent it back to NVC???. i am bit confused and in very stressfull condition. i had been waiting for his visa since 2011.

yes i in as for as my knowleg embassy can send case back to nvc for review.why ur case denied can u shar with us.here every 1 upset becoz of AP.do nt worry inshalaah you will hr good news.why your case denied?
