Is anyone else having problems with the embassy getting your packages/mail?

My husband sent a package December 9, 2013 the embassy doesn't have it. My husband sent a medical December 24, 2013 and the embassy doesn't have that.

same thing was happened with when i send my medical and ds230 but when i ask embassy did they received becoz online tracking shows that they received but embassy ask that documents again.so i send them tracking detail.i also call dos they also told me my documents still needed.but after 10 days they status date changed i call dos then they confirm that they receive my papaers

what is red flag and how u know about it?

Today husband called them they replied that ur case has no red flag its totally fine just normal AP and hope we'll get our visas soon InshaAllah!!!
They also told that more than 2000 cases are under going AP!!!!
My interview was on 23rd dec so today it completed 1 month!!!

javeria plz tell me during this one month of AP .how many times ur status dates was changed...

Red flags are facts in your case that stand out such as different religion, age difference, or reasons for a fraud marriage! Reasons for a longer and harder AP.

I dunt know what that red flag is about!!! May be if some case needs further investigation or something wrong with it they put red flag on it!!! I quoted what they told my husband about our case!!!

did officer tell u any time limit? CO told me that ur case need further administrative process and it can take several weeks to several months.. he was not told me average time //

Yaar she said to me that my case needs no further processing its complete just some official work to be done by her and we both will get our visas after 1 month or between 1 to 3 months InshaAllah!! She said in urdu "apka interview bht bht acha hva ha" then she handed me my original docs and kept the passports

Dunt worry we all will be out of this hell very soon just be patient and pray to Allah!!!! Btw when was ur interview?

I have contacted my Senator's office and told them what's going on along with the tracking numbers of the packages. Sense the embassy won't return my emails maybe they will respond to the Senator.

Somebody...I have also filed a complaint with the Inspector General Office telephone number 1-800-409-9926 because the embassy won't return my emails.

Let us know if anything comes out of that complain. I haven't complain IG Office yet but I definitely will, very soon.

last day i send inquiry but today they just chang date no reply .it happened with me 3rd time.19 months gone.do u think they want more longer that s why they r not replying

faisal213 if they just changed the date without sending you an email it means they worked on your case.

Today I got an email from the embassy they do have the medical. They said they have not reviewed it yet. It was received December 25, 2013.
