They have been working on our case for 18 months. We have had over 16 updates. I don't know why they have not made a decision to issue or not issue our visa. I pray they will issue the visa soon.

i am in AP from 28 may 2012.Now it is frustrating me.in interview VO told me that he need co sponsor and will take 4 months.i submit 3 medical 3 ds230

On 9th dec 2013 on interview day we were told that one case is going back to uscis and today my father went to embassy, he tried to convience

the CO, he was almost convinced, and was

going to issue the visa but another officer was passing behind,he called him and discussed with him and then he said its a bit complicated, we will send back the case. Then he said we will mail you that the problem can be solved here or we will send back. So the case is still here they have not sent it back,i think they are not at one point. One was agreed to issue and one was not.

You can't just go and meet CO. He said today was interview of two of his minor siblings. I assume his dad went with them or something like that.

My father went with my younger siblings for their interview and he is US citizen thats why he can go into the embassy. CO asked about the case of my mother itself my dad didn't asked about it.

Nawaz Khan it seem strange that they would break up a family like this. The children will get a visa but their mother won't.

I want to ask a question from you, that when embassy return the case to uscis, after how many days we will hear from uscis. And whats the process after it. becuase one of my family member is facing this.

Nawaz brother our case was also send back to embassy and my husband got notice from uscis that case was return from embassy for revocation and we have to wait for 180 days means 6 month but they took more then 180 days i think 190 days but then they send us notice what they want want to ask or want to clear in their minds we reply them in 30 days and then with in 2 weeks they told us the result of our case .

my medical is going to expire in a week but i didn't get email from embassy. do i need to contact them or they will contact ?

did u send madical on there request or your own wish im in ap almost 2 year butt they did not email me or call for medical our interview was smooth even i email them for that purpose butt inspite of that they did email me for submitt for medical test

one time i send inquiry they ask medical in reply then after 6 month they email there own for new medical

Fiance was contacted today by the embassy requesting the DS160 confirmation page that we forgot to send with his medical, our case has been updating regularly so hopefully soon we will hear good news.
