yes sugheil nawaz i have been on this immigration process since May 2011, first for K-1 and now CR-1 CO said he is giving me the visa today, then when he checked something with my name, he came to know i don't have a last name but used my father's last name in my K-1 visa, which got me stuck in ap.

i try not to email or call constantly since this give both of us me and Wife stress. lately emailed embassy last week haven't got any response. also emailed them 2 months before but they never bother to get back to me. i will probably have my lawyer contact them, i pray also for you bro that you get outta this distress AP soon.ameen

I just talked to my father, he told me that thier visas are aproved, and they didn't give any slip. They said that your visas are approved and returned the documents. The interview was very long about 30 to 40 minutes. CO was discussing about other family member, that your 2 kids are approved in jan and why your wife is not approved, and asked a lot of questions about my mother's case which they were sending back to uscis on her interview day, but the case file is still here and they discussed it with my father. My father was trying to convince them to not sent the case to uscis.

The embassy is supposed to send the case back to NVC first, then NVC returns the case to USCIS. It could take months to get a reason for the visa denial. After that you usually get 30 days to present proof of why the embassy was wrong to deny the visa.

If USCIS agrees that the visa should have been issued they will return the case to the embassy where another interview will be given.

On 9th dec 2013 on interview day we were told that one case is going back to uscis and today my father went to embassy, he tried to convience

the CO, he was almost convinced, and was

going to issue the visa but another officer was passing behind,he called him and discussed with him and then he said its a bit complicated, we will send back the case. Then he said we will mail you that the problem can be solved here or we will send back. So the case is still here they have not sent it back,i think they are not at one point. One was agreed to issue and one was not.
