I got an email from the embassy today they said the visa has been issued. My husband has to be here by March 9, 2014. I am so happy and so is my husband!

This is the second time Embassy told me that 3 of family members have been issued visa (that we know) and other 3 are yet to apply.

All 6 members were interviewed together. Why other 3 need to apply again. Anyone have experience with this #######? Also CEAC says other 3 are in AP.

Ms Carolyn you know anything about this kinda matter?

And MsZeen or any other, I gotta call DOS for this, Can you confirm me what timings should I call them? It's night in States at the moment.

I have called them a lot of times & in my opinion call them at 10pm Pak time or right after that ...u wont have to wait then & will save your money too...

Uh...status was updating on its own afew times but it stopped now. Senator made inquiry on my belhalf to embassy and they responded with standard AP respons on Janury 9. My case updated on January 9 2014 because of response to senator. After that my case updated on its own on January 11, 13, and 14. and then stopped. After 14 there is no updatesad.png . At first I was hopeful that maybe we will get our visa issue but I Don't know...10 months and 10 days in AP. What do you guys think?? Is there a chance of visa being issued?? Has anyone had similar experiences?

My Visa was ISSUED on Jan 6th

and u know what my case was updating from 21st Nov 2013_4rth Jan 2014.

I got my visa issued after 1 n half month of updates

So dont worry n just Pray

You should call them, no matter what happens talk to them over the phone than get a congressman involved. No need to email the embassy you will not get anywhere with that! No problems!

US DOS don't know much about why they asked to apply and what that mean. They advised me to write to Embassy, so there isn't much I can do but just to rely on Embassy short replies (if they reply).. :-/
