After a long time they send me an interview letter after interview they put me in AP why thy do this for us there are many people in ambassy thy get visa same day but why thy put in Ap few people

9 months in ap still waiting

Hello VJ members, I am in AP since 10 months and 8 days...The last update that was on my case was October 7 when I emailed embassy after that no more updates until January 9, when my senator enquired on my behalf. After that my case was updated on DOS on January 11 and January 13 on its own...do you know if this is a good sign..Im just praying to Allah that my husbands visa gets issue along with the others in AP. Ameen. Please pray for me its really hard for me to be living without my husband and taking care of my baby alone especially since my health is not good. The people that got visas issue recently, could you please make some time and tell me the dates that your case got updated and the dates your case status changed to issue?? Please. Thanks. Oh and one more question, my husbands medical expires next month on the 20, do you thing maybe embassy will still issue visa without re-newing medical or no?

They should have to issue visa atleast married couple. Ambassy should know how can live alone without life partner its furstrated

Yes dear cindrella you right i also living alone my whole family in usa and i am living alone here.

MissUsa, do not worry inshallah soon your visa will be issued! If it updated on its own and that too twice. It is indeed really hard especially with a baby. But do not worry, it looks like it will be issued inshallah.

Me also live alone here u.sa visa is not easy even i heard that spouse visa is easy but i think not for usa just easy to go to other countries
