friends today visa is in hand, there is one mistake on visa, my name date of birth pp number is ok, but on my fiancee addres they have to write (NEWARK) but they write bewark, so what u should is it ok ,coz one my frend in amx told me that ur detail is ok then no prob, what u suggest plz

Ahmadjutt did amex call you to pick up your passport or you called them. How many days later you get your passport after status changed to issued.

i have a question for all those people who have recently been approved or are getting called in for the oath and fingerprinting, that how long ago did u send ur last medical? as in were they sent within the last 6 months indicating previously submitted medicals are also valid for 6 months? or if they are within a year, then that means that old medicals are good upto a year, but now if anyone gets a new medical its only valid for 6 months! pls do answer this.

its important to me because my wife has now been in ap for 1 yr and 11 months, and in feb next month itll be 2 years. she last submitted her medical in feb 2013, last year, so im just wondering that if she was to get approved today, would they require a new medical before they issue the visa or will her last medical still work since it hasnt still been a year she she last submitted it. thanks

hello desibaaba, I have also receive email from embassy for new oath and fingerprints, they said that our office will contact you shortly for your new oath and fingerprints, did you know when the embassy call me for fingerprints and oath ?

Hi Asad, They called our home on Friday and asked her to come to consulate for Oath and finger print on Jan 15 before 10 AM

We first submitted our Medical during interview which was Oct 15, 2012

Embassy called my wife on Dec 5, 2013 to submit new medical (2 Medical) which was sent to them on Dec 13, 2013

Received called Jan 10, 2014 for Oath and Finger Print

I think she'll need new medical, but don't get it done unless advised to by embassy. Medicals are valid for 6 months now from what I know.

If details related to you are correct I don't think, there is any problem. I would, however, recommend you to write to consulate and attach scanned documents with mistake and seek their advise.

Contact Embassy as soon as possible

I also had 1 mistake, i quickly emailed then next day i got a call from embassy they told me to send the passport and visa packet back to them

I sent them my passport with IV packet on yesterday.

Kamran u had five months and 13 days ap during this long Ap.ur case Date changes on case status update continuesly or not and tell me other members also who have recieve passport back with visa.

kaleem r u sure about it..... somebody u tell me is it true date changes means they work on cases

Date changes mean that they have posted something to your case, or updated it. Embassy is closed to public on weekends but people do see status updates.
