Got ds 3032 :23 March 2010

Interview : 09-09-2010 Result :Administrative Processing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

Hi

I am following your case since i join this forum, i feel that your and my case are almost moving on same pace . You told me first that they took 6 months which mean 180 days they took exactly 180 days i can say some more then 180 days . Then you told me that your marriage is now 4 year old mine is 3 year next month, you told me that they will give my result of reaffirmation in 2 weeks true same thing happen , now our case back to embassy in sept 2013 they since then didnt touch it, but yesterday they update my status and change the date .Now if i again follow your case they will now touch my in april 2014 and then again stop expecting any thing to them till 5 months ,then go for interview and again goes on ap .I hope may be they do little fast work in our case and i read forum every day and pray before i open that you may post that you got visa ,this make me more hope full that after you we also get visa soon inshaallah. mean our ap is uptill now enter in 5th month.

And yes, they're issuing quite a lot of visas and best of luck to all... u guys are awesome and i shall remain in touch for sure...

And did they update your case status (change dates) on CEAC before issuing or just directly issued?

today i email the embassy but they just update my case 31 decmbr to 7 janury but not reply my email what it is mean?they work on it ??

No, if they update your date as a result of your inquiry, that doesn't mean they worked on your case. They simply checked it.

If you make regular inquiries, they stop replying you just like they stopped replying me. :/

I also email the embassy on Sunday and today they only update the case and no reply. It was only my second email to the embassy. I asked about 3 cases and all 3 cases are updated today.

2 Emails. First one they replied. On second email they updated my date but didn't reply just in your and faisal case. After that, sent some more Emails, but they never replied, nor updated my case date.

I just said them to unhold my case and it was not a regular email.
