two months ago the embassy requested new Ds 230 medical and pixs today they called and asked for DS 260 and two new 2X2 photos... Embassy is weird, My wife emailed them twice and they gave same reply about all documents that were updated two months ago are fine. on Nov 19 they told us to stop emailing and to refer to the previews email.. lol and then on Nov 25 they gave me a call today and also updated our date.

What did the embassy tell you when they called last Nov 25 ?

they ask me same things, to congressman they ask only medical and next day they email me for ds260, medical and two pic, try to send them soon coz i have come to know that after giving these good news will come soon

What did the embassy tell you when they called last Nov 25 ?

I meant yesterday Nov 25th... they requested DS260 and two months ago they requested Ds230 from me with photos.

It doesn't matter if you use a congressmen or senator both would be given the same information.

Ds 260 is the same except it has more questions then Ds230, however its the same kind of stuff yet its processed electronically. Soccer.Player did they request Ds230 from you recently? and are they now requesting Ds260?... That is what happened with me.

yes it is same like ds230. at the first page they ask the invoice num case num etc, so u have to know the invoice num if u dont know u can call to NVC they can told u about that

Carolyn my husband is trying to meet congress man as he is also depressed due to time period and when our congress man send an email to embassy he reply the same as what they reply to us.

There is not much a congressman or senator can do. They can ask about the status of the case and the embassy will usually reply that you are in AP. It will be good to have your congressman email the embassy every few months for updates.

Well my husband is trying to meet him personally and discuss our case with him.Lets see what happen i will ask him to send email again to congressman so he again ask them about the status of our case.

Hey guys quick update on my case

I Still haven't got my Passport back from embassy and its been 7 days since my case status said Issued. i call Amex daily but they don't have my passport yet and every time we call DOS they congratulate me and say its been issued. i hope they really issued it.

it was issued on 20th nov.

I don't know what else to do now. any suggestions guys?
