Hello everyone----

I have my oath and finger print tomorrow and today my case got updated....please tell me if this is normal, .

do they update the case for everyone one day before oath and fingerprint----

(this is my second interview)

Please if someone can advice I will be very greatful

Exactly! .... Well they asked him for photos my husband said yes but CO didnt asked to see until my husband asked him "would you like to see?" And he said ok and said nice pictures...then after he asked how we met he asked if he had the Skype logs facebook and mobile records (the call log records was the only thing the CO kept) and in the end gave him all his civil documents and passport back with the legal rights pamphlet and issued him the 221g :(

Dont worry hun, 90% of males coming from Pakistan are all put in to AP, the case could be perfect and still, males are put in to AP so dont worry, I am sure once its ready to be issued, they will contact your husband to get his passport back..

we r sending new medical today from karachi. How do we know that they have received our document? And how long does it actually take for embassy to receieve the documents

Hey .. Why are you sending new medical to embassy? Did you receive any mail from embassy to submit the medical and other things.. Please share that mail with us.. Thanks

Today received call from embassy but amazed to hear that they did not receive my docs as i submitted on monday,

i told the person calling that i have sent an email on last thursday but she also replied not received,

I also sent docs though AMEX on monday but she said that you should have not submit though AMEX but eep in hand and submit on the appoinement day but i refer to her to the email i received that " first submit and then they will scedule the appointmnt,

That's so frustrating, they never know what they are doing and what email is sent out to people, What did the embassy person tell u then? Submit again or they will look for it? I was looking at ur timeline, you have been waiting a very long time, ufff, this is so scary, for no reason, so much time is taken.

its 3 weeks still no visa, I called DOS and they said that the visa hasn't been issued... me and my lawyer e-mail the embassy we bot got replied on the same day and this is what it said.
Dear Petitioner

Our record indicates that your fiance visa case is in its final processing/review. Please feel free to check back with our office after a week or ten days.

Sincerely,

Consular Section, American Embassy

Islamabad, Pakistan

then my lawyer got this
