Hey guys quick update on my case

I Still haven't got my Passport back from embassy and its been 7 days since my case status said Issued. i call Amex daily but they don't have my passport yet and every time we call DOS they congratulate me and say its been issued. i hope they really issued it.

it was issued on 20th nov.

I don't know what else to do now. any suggestions guys?

i am waiting for my second interview call our case was reaffirmed in august 2013 and embassy received in the month of sept 2013 since then when we send mail our date change other wise no date change. i wonder will they contact me next month or not.right now no hope.

two months ago the embassy requested new Ds 230 medical and pixs today they called and asked for DS 260 and two new 2X2 photos... Embassy is weird, My wife emailed them twice and they gave same reply about all documents that were updated two months ago are fine. on Nov 19 they told us to stop emailing and to refer to the previews email.. lol and then on Nov 25 they gave me a call today and also updated our date.

Dear Applicant

Your case file in the subject immigrant visa case was reviewed recently, you are required to submit the following documents:

An updated medical examination report from an embassy apporved physician.

Form DS-260. Form Ds-230 is no longer in use and has been replaced by form DS-260. The form DS-260 is filled out and submitted online only (https://ceac.state.gov/iv/). Instead of submitting a hard copy of the complete form DS-260, the applicant only has to submit a printout of the confirmation page to our office.

2 visa photos with white or off-white background (Front View).

On receiving these items, our office will schedule the applicant(s) for a personal appearnace at our office for a new set of fingerprints and electronic signing of the form DS-260.

Once you have alll the above items prepared, please send the barcodes to our office via email and confirm in the email that you have prepared all the above items also. Our office will then assign a date and time to have you and your family members come to our office for a new set of finger prints .

Because your old medical is expired so they need new medical..and medical valid for 6 month..

Hello brother…first of all congrats to u in advance becoz after this documents submission they will call you for finger print and oath & ISSUE your visa…

Now Immediately take print out of this email and go to the place where you did your Medical earlier where as for DS 260, fill it online and send them Barcode by email and take a print out of it and send both MedIcal and this print out of DS 260 along with the Medical.

This DS 260 will be signed digitally within Embassy when they will call you for finger print appointment.

I agree! It is our case, our information, our time, our money, but they act like its all top secret or something.

Did they ask your husband for anything else to submit??

Exactly! .... Well they asked him for photos my husband said yes but CO didnt asked to see until my husband asked him "would you like to see?" And he said ok and said nice pictures...then after he asked how we met he asked if he had the Skype logs facebook and mobile records (the call log records was the only thing the CO kept) and in the end gave him all his civil documents and passport back with the legal rights pamphlet and issued him the 221g

Kaleem999 .. It has been in administrative processing since i interviewd .. They change my case date almost about 6 to 7 time ..and yes i already send them DS260 form and barcoad through email.. But i'm confused to send them medical reports and pictures.. Because medical reports are seal ..

Just send through amex ds260 confirmation page,medical report and 2 pcc....
