I have a question if you can reply plaese

When senator forward inquiry to embassy for a case ... so does the case update tomorrow or after some days??????????????????????????????

no updates, no reply to my email,i want to go and bang my head against a wall,

i dont understand, what work they do once an interview is done, they have our cases a month before the interview, they know what they have to do YET they make peoples lives miserables

i have same kind of feeling right now but api kia faida sir pharny sy ,patti k sath usa jaege kitna ajeeb sa lagega ,u know

lol I know, but I have seen a few people on here who had interview AFTER my husband's case, and there visas got issued this week and these were from the Islamabad embassy. So its like bass random case they take on and work on those, isnt it first serve come basis??? Jis case pe dil kiya , ussi pe work kar liya. Not fair!!!! Now its weekend, so no work, and tuesday embassy will be closed again.

We all are in the same boat hang in there ur time will come just stress so much <3

i know i had my interview on 12thaugust and there are several people who got there visa before me and they were placed in ap, secondly immigrant visa unit is in islamabad only ,the consulate in karachi deals in non-immigrant visa,

The case will update on the same day the embassy answers the inquiry.

Mine case updated today between 5 to 6 pm and last update was 28 oct.....

Guys I have a question

my wife had interview month and half a ago. VO kept her passport and placed her on AP and issued her 221g green sheet.VO said interview was good and no need to worry and did not ask for additional documents. Kept passport and did not issue her pink token to collect passport after visa is issued. Was she supposed to get token number?

Hello AKZ,

When my case was inquired by the senator's office I got a case update the DAY the embassy replied to the senator's office. So the senator's office sent the inquiry a few days earlier and the case got updated the day the embassy replied. Hope that helps.

I m not trying to think negative. . But since cant be really too optimistic when it comes to immigration unpredictability :/

Do you think those ppl who get pink token, they have more chance of getting AP completed sooner than those who dont get token to collect passport?.

i didnt get pink token too!! i was interviewed in dec2013 and CO said everything is fine just some administrative processing no additional docs were requested!! after 10 months embassy now called me for fresh medical and pics!! I am a spouse of US citizen and my husband is my first cousin still they put my case under AP

i know a guy who just got a white paper like me no other token or anything who got his visa recently ,so i don't think it matters.
