Has anyone been to oath/finger print and did not get visa??

Please share your experience.

Yes, my husband was called in for oath and finger prints in July but was not given the visa. They said that they called him in early and some work was still left in his AP...it still hasn't been issued :(

I think it rarely happens but its does unfortunately happen...18 months in AP and still counting

Those of you that have been waiting in AP and have not gotten your visa yet should have fresh hope now. It is hard to see others get their visa while waiting but please do not let it make you sad and discouraged.

In less than 3 years my husband will try to become a citizen and will bring his parents to live with us. His mother does not speak English so I think taking English classes while waiting is a good idea. I wish I had thought of that for my husband. He speaks English well but can not write it like he should.

whats going on with me.27sptember ka medical send kia huwa hy..phone par mujy embesy ny kaha case ready hy ..just neend new medical.case updated continusly..but still no issued..updated was after medical 30 sep,1 oct ,2 oct ,9 oct , 17 oct , today early morning 7 o clock 20 oct also updated ...but still not issued...plz pray for me
