Anyone have any clue as to how to go about the below:

I recently purchased a house and contacted the Embassy regarding my (petitioner's) change of address. I didn't research before hand whether such was needed or not. Regardless, I got an email from the Embassy stating that the case record has been updated however, such notification is also required in written/signed form by their office. I googled high and low and can't seem to come up with any particular form or find anyone who had a similar question. The case is currently in Administrative Processing so it's well past the interview, etc. I figured I'd ask if anyone has experience with this on here before I shoot a follow-up inquiry with the Embassy as to where to send the written/signed form and to find out if there is a standard form out there or if I need to send some sort of address verification along with it. Wish they would have given more details in their email. Alas, it is the US Embassy in Islamabad we are talking about so wonder why I expected any more.

On a side note. I contacted my Senator's office and just sent the privacy release form. They'll look into the case. I am well aware that the only thing that will come back is that it is in AP, etc. But this will go into my list of things I tried.

I did that in April as i Moved.. Just type in word document stating that you would like to change your address. Write your old address than new address.. Print it.. Sign it at the bottom.. Attached it as pdf and send them via email.

my interveiw was at 7 april 2014. i received call from US embassy for fresh medical 25 sep 2014 .The operator said to me u r case is ready u just need to submit new fresh medical . i sent medical on 27 sep 2014, After this my case updated 30 sep,1 oct ,2 oct, 9 oct...how many days status changed issued???????????????????????????
