No they can't do it .... because once you marry outside the state and that marriage is not basically to evade states law then they can't deny it.... but what my question is that do you know some one with this situation before...

Which state is the person in?

As far as i know, it should count.. This is my personal opinion. I would suggest you contact a lawyer in the same state for correct information..

i have nothing to hide any thing at time time of interview vo said that we will got the passport in 6 weeks my wife is pakistani us citizen and my relitive too she was with me at time of interview we have provide them all documents know i have update in every month i mean single update in a month we both suffer a lot bcoze of this lenthy process

Sorry for late update, I have been issued visa on Septer 24th. Thanks to all who prayed for all VJ members and silent readers. Wish all guys in AP very best of luck! I will keep visiting VJ to provide any advice/guideline for the questions posted. Thanks to all once again.

please share details about oath ceremony. What did they ask you? what time was your appointment? When did you see issued on Ceac after your oath ceremony?

They didn't ask anything except for oath language preference urdu or english! Appointments was 12 pm. CEAC status updated next day to issued directly and next to status change, my passport was with AMEX.
