18 months and 20 days in ap and still continue and just updated on 24 sep after 7 month and than no update

The documents should be sent to the beneficiary in Pakistan by Fed-Ex. I know it is expensive but it is fast and you will be sure to get them. After that the beneficiary should send them to the embassy using the delivery service recommended by the embassy. Wait 2 or 4 weeks then email to see if the documents were received by the embassy. The petitioner can also call NVC to see if the documents were received.

Thanks carolyn you always help me a lot , kindly tell me also that when embassy give me response or you can say when embassy contact me ,or when can hope for there response as they told me in my 2nd interview that asap i submit all these documents they give me response. so i am keeping my fingers cross now and again stress start.

How many Got Call for Ds 260.

i got a call from embassy and we filed DS 260 and i give them interview they ask me to submit joint sponsor and finally they take my passport after 3 and half years and said to me that as soon as i submit these documents they give me visa. They also told me that there is no such thing in my case to hold more just we have to file JOINT SPONSOR . And they will give me visa . ALLHAMDOLLILAH.

Guyz after 18 months of AP finally they have issued me the Visa.I wish luck to all my bros n sisters in this loop.

I don't know how fast they will work on your case once they receive the documents. You will have to keep checking your email and the ceac website. Also have the petitioner check his email. The embassy emailed me that they were ready to issue the visa and not my husband.

dear friends congratulation to all who got theirs visa recently,have a happy life ahead.

I got call on 29 sept and collect my visa on 30th sep.my prayers are with all who are still waiting insha allah you will get your visas very soon.

My wife is lpr,

She is my petioner.i am married from more than two year and was expecting IR1 visa but get F21 VISA,as any thing is wrong with my visa.

I know my visa category is f2a but since i am married more than two years thats why little bit confused please guid me.

From the research I have done the F21 is the correct visa. When you are in the airport at US immigration let them know you have been married more than 2 years and see what they say.
