Well thanks for congratulating me. But my wife did not get visa. They kept the passport and put the case in AP.

As for as interview concerned, normal questions. What does ur husband do?

What city he lives in

When did u guys get married?

When was the last time he came to visit u?

Show ur wedding pictures.

And then VO said everything looks great. No problem at all..

Then VO asked my wife that u went abroad for study and my wife said yes I went abroad for education for 5 years. Then VO probably changed her mind and after few minutes she said to my wife that everything is ok. You don't have to worry.. but I can't issue the visa, will have to send file for further processing in Washington DC. We r gona keep ur passport and u will get it in few days. My wife got so nervous and stressed. VO said dont u worry everything is ok from my side. But we hav to follow our procedure. So it has been 1 week in AP. No call or status changed on CEAC.gov

M confused y ur wify said she is going for study u r also US citizen n she will back to her family after marriage ...

InshaAllah she will get her visa very soon m praying for her

Got confirmation for DS 260 and they said, they will schedule new set of fingerprints and oath soon. Any idea guys, how long they gonna take to schedule fingerprints and oath visit?

I dont think you can just go and inquier for a case. Here is where you go to http://islamabad.usembassy.gov/contact-information/visa-inquiries.html

Joint sponsor usually come into the scene when the sponsor income is insufficient to support the applicant so how is it possible he has no prove of his income?

In my case my Ammi is sponsor but she is a house maker and does not file return.Therefore my Mamoo became joint sponsor in our case. However, when NVC demanded tax return of my Ammi we explained them via undertaking of her that she is house maker and lives with my younger brother who files tax return in which she is mentioned as dependent.

They will reply u within 3 days their email response is more quicker than NVC u just fill the form n select the cat ..

Well in my case my husband 's house is enough i show them the bank statement but they didnt give a look on that they just saw the last tax return and ask for joint sponsor.

Aisha you will have to ask the joint sponsor to file his tax returns and send you the copies along with copies of his W2's if you don't want to wait for tax transcripts. It will take awhile to get the returns but his tax returns show proof of income. I am sorry you will have to wait longer.

Many congrats!! Please share details.. When did you get a call for oath and finger print? Did they ask updated documents? Etc

my interview was 7 April 2014 and updated 9 april,11 april, 29 april...after this AP was silent..and 25 sep 2014 i received call from embessy for fresh new medical .after this i sent medical 26 sep ..after this update on 30 sep ,1 oct and 2 oct at mid night 3 Am? now what happend and why at mid night my case updated last night 2 oct 2014?

Dnt wrry about mid night update usually i always recieved email from NVc at 1 to 5 am its just time difference may b its manage by both side from PAk n US ..

carolynstuff thank you for reply ,Allhamdolliha we found someone else so will be hopefully send all these documents in 2 or 3 days .
