When did you submit the ds 260?

When did they call you for finger print and oath?

ALHUMDULILLAH my visa status changed to issue today,thanks to all vj friends who gave me a lot of support during this hard time,and pray for all who are still waiting for visa may ALLAH issue urs visa very soon

Filed i 130 in august 2009,

priority date current in aug 2010,

submitt civil documnt in nov 2010 but interview was postponed due to retogrision in dec 2010,

priority dates again became current in march 2012,

interviewed on 19th april 12,

result refered to ap.

Again submitt medical and ds 230 in march 13.

during this process got 4,5 update each month.

Medical and ppt expired in april 14,

on 30th jun got an email in response to inquiry to submitt 260 and fresh medical,

submit it on 11th aug case update on 13,16 aug, 5 and 8 sep got call on 23 to come at 26 sep,so today counslar officer congrats me that i will get visa in a week that all my story.thanks once again for urs wishes.

When was your interview?

When did they call you for medical?

DO you know if they will call you for finger print and oath?

Interview was back in 2013.

At start of this month, new medical call was received.

Got Email on Friday for DS-260, said they will call for fingerprints after they receive DS-260 confirmation at their office. The confusing part is, in Email at one place they ask to Email them the confirmation page and at other they said to send them hard copy of confirmation page. I have already emailed the confirmation page using their website but not sure if that's all they need or they also need hard copy of confirmation page sent by American Express.. Opinions?

I need to send an email to the embassy to correct it .

Expiring soon means your passport is Expiring soon, I believe..

What's retogrision?

getting updates after docs submitted they may have already reviewed your docs ,, if you want to make sure that embassy has received missing docs then you can call NVC they probably confirm that i would not bother right now embassy if my case updating

Dont u worry dear if u had updates after ur submission that means they have ur docs if they need anything they will contact u.Just dont be anxious and sit tight for the time being we all kno that its really agonizing when we are in wait process but all we can do now is wait so just relax they will contact u.

retrogression the process through which nvc move back the priority dates,that is in aug 2010 the current priority date for f2a was aug 2009 but in jan 2011 visa bulletin the prio date move bake to jan 2007
