there is no direct email adresses , now its shut down but you can send an email from the web based email from the US embassy official website,wors same as others

Here is a link u may fill the form for any quarry ,their email service is more quick n fast than NVC.. They will reply u with in two days..

No they didnt ask from me medical and my medical expired in april
