I had number of multiple case updates from Jan2014 through April2014 after that it went silent/AP again and even after sending them multiple inquires online they responded back after three months time with the same answer as AP ...i wonder how many people experienced the same this year or in the past?

Before joining this forum m relaxed n tension free but now getting tense why my case still not updated yet n why so many peoples share their case updates daily.. Even they email me for every step from civil doc to check list n IV application ..

But after last email which they sent require 2 to 4 weeks for doc review on 20aug.

I sent many emails from 20 aug to uptill now but they never answerd me ...

Shinwary,

language does not matters, it only matters if your partner is english speaking then the embassy would be expecting you to give interview in english. other then that you shall be fine in native language.

one thing more if someone is going for an employment based visa then it also matters that a person should speak good english,

AP has nothing to do with what languages people speak.

Congratulations to all of you who got thier visa's :)
