I think we are selfish to think just about our self and visa. Bcz our visa is effected so we are now against him. Please think broad and think for the country we love and belong to.

IK is fighting so a fair election system, which in the the history of Pakistan no one dare to do it. for the reason we never get honest leaders. He doesn't need to be selfish for the chair he has enough for his life. But if this corrupt system didn't changed we vl be at the same place even after 100 years......

and begging for visas to other countries............. :(

:protest:

Assalam O Alikum Khan gee,

I agree with you, the truth is most of us Muslims are selfish, and we only think about our self. We are being suppressed by the whole world just because of our selfishness... We have to learn to be kind while speaking or chatting with others. We have to stop judging people just because our visas are stuck. We should think about the poor people in Pakistan who fasted the whole month of Ramadan and still fasting, because they do not have any thing to eat. People who were without electricity, water and much more. Imran Khan has proved in KPK that things can be civilized just by reforming the law. I am sorry to bring this up. I will not discuss such things again in this room.... my Skype id is syeahmed4ebay add me to your Skype and we can create a room and discuss this further.

Jazak Allah

Its nothing about selfishness against him but he is putting everyones life in islamabad in risk. This has nothing to do with fairness, but all have to do with his greed for the chair thats all. Otherwise he would have done all this a long time ago. They have turned off alot of stuff here is islamabad to prevent us from knowing whats going on, instead i get messages from us and warnings from there.

on 17th july 2014 US consulate asked us( me and my brother) to submit ds260 and new medical reports, so they can schedule us for a personal appearance at their office to electronically sign forms DS-260. All the way we both came from Australia and England to submit our documents, now its been 2 weeks they just updated our status on 19th August and nothing, I would like to ask you that is there any hope regarding to our appointment or we should go back and wait for their call.

( we have been in AP since last 2 years )

Hi Visa Journey friends.... I hope you all will be enjoying good health.

I want to ask a few questions...If any one can reply I will be more than happy..

I got interviewed at the end of june this year. My case status updated once on the day of interview then on the 2nd day of interview and then three days after it.....After that till now two months almost have completed and their is no status update.... I wanted to know whether this in Normal or not???

The second question is that how can I know that my administrative process is for Name check or something else???

The third question when FBI works on your case does they also update the status or when they send final result to Department of state then the case is updated after it???

It is normal to go for long periods of time without status updates when your case is in AP.

There is no way to know why your case is in AP. It could be for name checks or because they suspect fraud. By fraud it means that the marriage is so you can just get a visa.

Only the embassy updates the status and this is done each time they work on your case, call you or send you an email.

Thank you Carolynhotstuff

Like what I can get from your answer is that As long as the name check process is pending with FBI, there will be no updates on case till that. Like if it is for one year with FBI there will be no update for one year?? Am I right???

The embassy uses many ways to do a background check not just using the FBI. They can work on your case at anytime that is why it is important to check the ceac website everyday.

carolyn: not only marriage cases though. I read some people here who are being called by family member mother, father or brother and sister bringing them but they are placed in AP for more than a year

Yes you are right any visa type can be placed in AP for a year or more. Why some people get their visas very quickly and others have a long wait nobody knows but the embassy.
