how long will it take to get a call from embassy for oath after submitting the DS-260?

around 2 - 3 weeks.

Congrats!!! so you were not called for finger print and oath? You did not had to submit medical or ds 260 either?

Thanks. No, my case was B1/B2. I got interviewed on July 16th, 2013. Visa issued exactly after one year.

So your 3rd medical already expire right? I have also submitted these same docs in Oct 14 2013 mine also 3rd medical got expire in April this year I don't know about ds230 I think its valid for a year

For B1/B2 non immigrant visa, medical is not required. My updates were like this:

Interview: July 16, 2013

1st Update: May 27, 2014 (My father received call from Embassy asking that I submit passport. I was abroad for 3 weeks)

Passport Submitted at Amex: 20 June, 2014

2nd Update: July 9, 2014

3rd Update: July 15, 2014

Issued: July 16, 2014

i didn't get any acknowledgement from embassy after submitting the DS-260. do i need to send them email again for confirmation ?
