Can someone please tell me that scan copy of I864 form is accpeting in embassy ? buz my joined sponser will send me scan copy of i864 form in email and i will print it out and send it to embassy with orther documents please if someone has already pass this before answer it thanks god bless everyone

Dear sajidla!! copies are acceptable only when you can provide the original, i used copies myself and embassy was fine with them and i did get the visa after few months.

No, you must send originals. I emailed the embassy when they asked me to send I864 and they said it must be original signature (no scanned copies). I sent mine via DHL and it arrived in 3 days.

Will any one can tell me that if couple waiting for their next interview call and in between they got a news that they were having there first child soon . So will they tell embassy and let them know or they sit quite, and after the birth of there child as i know they receive this news to having baby last month off course it will take time . Will they file new I-130 for there unborn child or what should they do? some one ask this question t me and i have no idea about this.

soccer plz tell me when you did submit 4th medical last one with ds 260 and picture how long its take to call or email for finger print from embassy and what is on embassy in finger print they ask for anything else more in embassy please ? tell me about it

i am going to submit my 3th medical ds 260 joined sponser papers passport picture for visa please praying for me i wish u all the best luck and thanks

i saw a person who did not face AP so i wish i could not face it too cz mine is also the geniune case and i m praying for others who got AP for no reason...
