my interview date is 19 april 2012,its my 3rd medical last time i submitt medical and ds230 in march 2013,

yesterday i email embassy to return my ppt but still waiting their response,and one more thing the answer for language shld be "yes" or "no" so plz tell me i shld select yes or no.

Times your case updatef before the embassy asked you fresh documents ?

Did you send them any email that your documents are expired ? Or the

Embassy did itself ? My second medical also expired in march 2014 but embassy

Has not requested new one.

They always ask for three things together,DS260,Medical and 2 Photographs...

They didn't in my case, they asked for the DS 260 and photographs. The told my husband not to do the medical until he was asked for it.

finaly i received an email from embassy that your case was rewieved,and asked to submitt ds260 ,medical report and 2 pics so that they can shedule my personal appearance to electronically sign the ds260,

But there is a problem my pspt has already expired and i requst embassy to return it,so that i can get anew one but still waiting for it,

Can i submitt ds 260,with out having passport?

one more thing about ds 260 what shld be the answer of ques "can you speak,read any other language beside your native language" yes or no

Well, Best of luck bro.

1, Try To renew ur passport asap.

2, languages not a big deal in family immigration... yes or no. as u wish....

3, renewal your passport through Urgent Service.. and try to get appointment for medical asap...

Well there is quite a bit of back story to my case. I'll try to keep it short. My case was sent back to USCIS (requested by USCIS), it did not go through the revocation process. I had a home visit by a Homeland Security Officer because they were concerned that my case was a fraudulent marriage. Shortly after my home visit the officer sent my case back which NVC took forever to process it and send it back to the embassy. The embassy received it and asked for:

• DS 260
• Original Birth Certificate
• Nikkah Nama in English and Urdu
• Passport photos
• I864
• Tax returns

When my case was returned to USCIS, the embassy returned everything to my husband. His last medical expired in June this year. They specifically told him not to do the medical until he was called.

The Summary of my timeline is:

• Filed Petition Dec 2011, approved Oct 25, 2012
• 3 weeks at NVC
• Interview was 1/23/2013

We have been in AP since then so just over 17 months

In june my case update at 4th,6;13;16 21 and 30 june, also my case update today 3rd july.

i just make an inquiry about the status and get a reply to submitt ds260,before this in feb i ask embassy that medical is valid for one year or six month? And get reply that my medical is valid till 11march march 14,then in april email embassy that my document was expired and that shld i submitt fresh documnt and get reply to till they asked,then i email to return my ppt bcoz it woll expire in june but did'nt get any response,now yesteday i request again to to return ppt.let see what happen next.

embassy asked me three things,

submitt ds260,medical report and pics, so that they they can shedule my personal appearance to sign electronicaly ds260 they dont mention about oath and finger print etc what does it mean?
