not sure what u r asking..so you are saying in past your friends wife filed affidavit for you? and now Embassy asked specifically for her to fill affidavit form again?

you can have it filled again anyone's who's income is supportive past three years its simple form ? don't you have a sponsor? your wife is not having sufficient income level?

please also give a flash back on your timeline? if this will be your second or third medical submission?

I'm,asking that my friend was my joint sponser and he fell in 2009 for me when he got green card now he got passport and he is not living with his wife anymore so this is confued me my wife didnt have any income to support me in my visa application so my friend did fell form and support me buz that time was together now his wife not living with him so what to do embassy ask for his wife I864A Form in email to send to embassy soon please help and i will submit my 3 time medical exam i have been AP 34 Month and still waiting until now

your friends income is not enough to sponser? then you need to find a new one I think..rest lets ask other VJ's.....or get a legal opinion from any attorney in US

Your case file in the subject immigrant visa case was reviewed recently, you are required to submit the following documents:

• An updated medical examination report from an Embassy approved physician.
• Form DS-260. Form DS-230 is no longer in use and has been replaced by form DS-260. The form DS-260 is filled out and submitted online only (https://ceac.state.gov/iv/). Instead of submitting a hard copy of the complete form DS-260, the applicant only has to submit a printout of the confirmation page to our office.
• 2 visa photos with white or off-white background (Front View).
• A new form I-864 from joint sponsor xxxxxx and form I-864A from his wife xxxxxx with their most recent US federal tax returns and copies of their US passports or Naturalization certificates.

Once you have prepared all these items and submitted online forms DS-260, please send the barcodes of submitted forms and we will have you schedules for a personal appearnace at our office to electronically sign form DS-260 and submit all other items.

sajid bhai plz dont worry bcoz it is very common issue of joint sponsor and Embassy is fully aware of it...such incidents always happen as circumstances are not same always and divorce is very common reason between couples there...by the way your case is very old so u write to them and ask what to do if joint sponsor is no more available and u will surely get a positive response from embassy and they will allow you to present a new sponsor...By the way, now your friend himself is a full USC and if he is earning USD 3000/month then u don't need a joint sponsor perhaps...buttt it is just my opinion and u may get better info and update from Embassy so plz write to them right now and get the issue resolved...advance congrats on your visa from us

My husband had IR-1 visa for married couple and at the bottom of the visa was written that he could work for one year. Check and read all of the visa maybe what you are looking for is on it. Otherwise you might have to make a trip back to the airport after calling out there first to let them know what happened and that you are coming in.

Does your sponsor make enough without his wife and did he file 2013 taxes without her? If he filed 2013 taxes without his wife then you don't need the I-864A. Also the embassy has no problem with you using a new sponsor. Just send in his I-864 along with letter from his employer and tax transcripts and copy of passport or birth certificate as proof of US citizenship. This is not the time to worry but to take action.

First was my friend he was working until now and he was my joint sponer in 2009 when he fell the form and send it to me and he was my joined sponser before so i am confused buz his wife never fell any form for me so why the embassy ask for his wife i864a form buz he said to me his wife is not working and she is disable now so we dont need I864a form from him right ? buz embassy ask in email which is i hope u can read the embassy i post here so my friend will fell the form again for me I864 with his work letter and send it to me with his passport copy but he is working and pay tex all so i hope thats all i need to send to embassy please tell me if this is right or i need to find new joint sponser i dont know anybody in usa not even my wife do confuing and sad now
