I filed papers in May 2012 and received visa in Jnue 2014.

After two years of agonizing frustration. Finally visa processing came to an end.

AP has wasted my15 months of precious time.....

Those brother and sister are going through AP, I understand your agonizing frustration.

You are in our prayers....Insha-allah aap ka be jaldi AP kahtam ho jaiey ga.

Omeed ka daaman na choriey. As I always said recite sourah Mozamil.

Insha-allah, es kay perhnay sy aap ko jaldi kamyabi naseeb ho gy.

When ever I read on VJ someone received visa. I used to ask myself " Hamari bari kab aaiey gy".

Lo who aaj aa gaiey. VJ is good forum dil key bahras neekal nay kay liey. Aur good informations regarding visa and AP obtain ker nay kay liey.

I am very Thankful off all the VJ members. Who gave me valuable advices, support and shared their knowledge .

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Our cases updated today because of the mail sent by my husband but this time we got different reply:

Your case is still pending under administrative processing, unfortunately we cannot predict how long this processing may take. The wait could possibly be quite lengthy.

What does this mean???? Anybody got such kind of reply ?? Does it mean my AP is going to be very lengthy :'(

no this is the most common reply to pretty much all the inquiries.... please do not worry In Sha Allah thing will work out soon for all of us. May Allah give us sabar..Ameen

Hey, I recently appeared for my immigrant visa interview at Islamabad Embassy. But unfortunately for me the case was pushed into AP. The officer kept my passport at the time and said I could ask for it anytime I needed it to travel and they would give it to me no problem. I just rapidly planned a short trip to Dubai as now I don't know when I'll be moving and for travel I need my passport back. I've emailed the embassy 4 times since the 4th of June, without any response. I even asked them if they can't return it, just to let me know the reason but I have failed to receive a single response- which is unusual because the embassy is usually quite efficient at replying to queries. Does anyone know anything regarding this issue? Is there any other way of contacting them for passport retrieval? Any help will be appreciated!
