Hey guys by the grace of almighty Allah my visa has been issued finally i couldn't believe i had to re-check my online status numerous times if it's really issued. It was like dream come true, i have been on this process since 2011 First it was K-1 which was revoked & now CR-1 (i130) im so so happy today is the happiest day of my life. My wife has been waiting on me for more than 3 years but eventually Allah pak has listened to our prayers its all because of blessing of parents and prayer of my

wife.I cordially want to thank all VJ friends for being so helpful and supportive and also for the encouragements you guys have give us when we were so stressed out due to lenghty AP. Our case also updated on Friday May 16, and then on Saturday May 17, 2014. This the first time our case had update on Saturday.

Last week my wife re-submitted medical, pictures and DS260. Now she is waiting for embassy's call for oath and finger prints.

Thank you very much for replying. Embassy called in last week of April, I think around 26th of April and instructed to submit DS260 online and bring 2 pics and medical with you when called. My wife inquired from caller about sending through courier and caller said "NO".

After submitting DS260 online I sent email to embassy, stating DS260 has been submitted and attached of barcode letter as proof. Embassy then sent email to send through courier 2 pics and medical too. Which my wife sent last Monday through Amex Visa Service.

Now we are anxiously waiting for embassy's call for oath/finger prints. I will wait an other week or so. if embassy didn't call. I will send them email as reminder.

So this year you will have Ramdan in pleasant weather and Eid with your better half in USA. Congratulation to you and your love ones. Welcome to USA.

indeed i will be very happy when all our brother and sisters have been waiting for a long time, this AP has given all of us distress nothing. But in the end we all have to be approved one day that's all we know it's just a matter of time, May Allah takes us all outta problems and inshallah those are waiting their patience & tolerance will pay off.

This morning my fiance received a visit from 2 people from Homeland Security, they were asking him questions. When will we get married, where was I etc.This was a total surprise for me, I thought they only visited when the beneficiary was still on AP, but I guess many procedures are being changed now a days. Have someone had this experience once the benefiary was in the US getting visits from Homeland Security?
