Hi Everyone,


My name is omer and i got married on jan,13th 2013. My wife applied my case in Feb, 2013 before NVC, and I got interviewed on October 25th,2013. where the C.O. put my Passport with her and she also put my case under A.P. by assuring me that i will get my visa issued within the time span of 3 to 4 moths. But now its been more than six and a half month up till now, and i haven't got any news about my visa yet.


Can anybody here help me and tell me that usually how much time does U.S.Embassy Islamababd takes to issue a visa by ending up the A.P.? what is the Average time of winding-up of A.P. by the U.S. Embassy Islamabad ? how much r they going to take more to Issue me my Visa ?


trust me guys this never ending Waite is so frustrating and now its killing me. :(

I am sorry to hear you are also going through this and believe me all of us that our cases are in AP feel the same way frustrated, with the wait that we never know when or how it will end. In regards to your questions There is NO way of knowing how long each case will be in AP, I know of some cases that have been in AP for more than 5 years and some that were only in AP for 3 days. Islamabad from all the research I have done seems to be putting 95% (if not more) of the cases on AP. I wish there were better things I could tell you except I am being honest. Pray a lot and hope they work on the mountain of cases they have on AP. I feel your pain I myself feel like I am dieing inside everyday that passes and nothing changes. :cry:

I can't Believe, By the Grace of All Mighty My Visa Got approved...

I get issued Status on Ceac website......

Got ds 3032 :23 March 2010

Interview : 09-09-2010 Result :Administrative Processing

In december 2010 priority dates retrogessed and wait priority date current again in

MARCH 2012 2nd

Medical submit :07 March 2012 Result :Administrative Processing

3rd Medical submit :28th Feb 2013 Result Administrative Processing

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

on 12th MAY Went for finger prints and oath :21th May Result :ApprovedVisa Issued :22.05.2014

 

visa Issued Today after 3 years 8 months and 13 days

Green Card fee paid : 05/06/2014

Poe :17/06/2014

Ssn Received :27-06-2014

Green Card Produced and Mailed :07/22/2014

Got 10 YEAR Green Card :25/07/2014

Congrats yo all those who got their visa and who got their dates for prints and oath, here is an update on our case my husband went for prints and oath on April 30th, and as we expected they give him his passport to have it renewed and send back to them,it took hi. A week to get back his passport, so he send it back to the embassy yesterday, and today he received a call from the embassy that they are wAiting for his passport, so he inform them that he send it in yesterday,so now we are waiting for them to receive the passport.
