New Islamabad AP-Tracker, Part II

Same happened to us. Yahoo informed us that someone from USA with un identifiable IP login in my wife's email account. Yahoo disabled my wife email account. After replying to security questions, Yahoo activated her account. Then after about month, same happened to my email account.

I am sure it had to do with my wife's IV.

Ye Bro...Same happened with my wife's yahoo account but they did not disable it permanently...after 24 hours her's started working again.

Problem is they work so slow...she had made every thing ready in US and decorated the home with plenty of stuff but when nothing happened to our case even they returned me to wait in AP after second interview then she immediately came to Pakistan and she is here for about 8 months and we are in AP for last 10 months. We informed the Embassy same time when she arrived here but shockingly they don't know that she is here.

The proofs we provided to US Embassy are much more than any one provides to any other country's embassy but still AP is out of understanding.

Every one in AP is frustrated and upset with such unbeleivable activities being carried out by US Embassy these days...I think such investigation is not done

even for criminals which is being done for respectable innocent citizens.

search the house without a warrant: They (immi) are doing a routine check related to your immigration case. Plus, they ask you if they may come inside and look around. You are free to say no and that will be that. They cannot force themselves into your home without your consent. Now, you say no, they go back and say they cannot verify and down the drain goes your petition. It's part of the process. No harm, no foul in consenting to that.

let them check emails: I highly doubt they have the bandwidth to go around snooping email addresses. We shall leave that to the NSA and that is an entirely different conversation which I would not delve into as this isn't the place for it. For that matter, anyone could have tried to access the email. Trust me, if they were to do it they wouldn't leave traces behind. I'd imagine they'd have the resources to cover it up but it's a moot point because i simply don't see immi having the bandwidth to do it nor a reason. I may be wrong in situations where they suspect National Security might be at stake but then they'd involve the appropriate agency to jump in and hand it off to them. Simply put, that is just assumptions on our part when we say immi hacked in and checked the email box. Ain't happening.

P.S. I just recently started using the word immi... I like it! it puts a personal touch with the big old rusty machine that needs to be overhauled.
