Wait I'm really confused by the June 2014 bulletin.

My husband's Priority Date was January 14 2013.

We applied for CR1 visa.

Does that mean that in June they are not issuing visas with PDs before May 2012?

That also means that in July they could change the current PD again, right?

This rule does not apply to the cases where petitioner is US citizen... so i think you are still good, but we Green card holders are screwed and that little hope we had is gone...still Thanks to Allah for that he kept us better than millions "Alhamdulilah"

Thanks for your quick reply!

InshaAllah things will turn up for everyone soon! I am praying for everyone in Administrative Processing. I didn't know how long and depressing it was until my husband was in it

But we have to keep a positive attitude and remember nothing is difficult for Allah! In one second things could change. :)

Assalma o Alikum brothers and sisters,

Since I am fairly new here i do not have much to say, other than i can pray for all of you in stress. I do like to mention one thing that Allah never get discouraged from us regardless of what we do so we should do the same and only trust Allah for what is best for us.....he still blesses us with his blessings. so what if the dates have changed. Allah wanted it to be this way and it happened. its just a test for all of us. May Allah bless us with sabar (patients) to pass through this and all the tests in our life.

Fe Aman Allah

your brother

He is still in AP!

His interview was December 26 2013, and they said he would get his visa approved in 1-3 months.

Yet here we are...

Allahu A'alam.

i would like to know if my wife's case Priority Date mentioned on I-797 (I-130 approval notice) is the same PD which will go all the way through NVC processing and then Embassy? Or PD changes once the case is send to different department? "in this case by different department i mean NVC and the Embassy"

so let me put my question in a simpler way.... the priority date for my wife's case is same with NVC and US Embassy in ISLAMABAD, which was assigned to her case by USCIS and is mentioned on her I-130 approval notice?

Hy I want to ask why us embassy ask for second medical and what it mean if they ask for this because many people here are worried our medical expired and embassy doesn't ask for new medical is it good sign??? Plz comment and share your experience

US Embassy needs to keeps ones file up to date while your AP clears....now as soon as AP clears your med, local police certificate and all other docs must be valid to present at the port of entry thats why one must need to provide fresh docs as soon as US Embassy asks for it.so that they can seal it up in the visa pack..now as you may have observed it seems mandatory to re appear for oath/re finger prints prior to visa issuance ..so everything on your file must be valid and fresh before visa issuance..VJ's correct me if i am wrong..

Hello Analyst

Yesterday I sent email to embassy to inform them DS260 was completed online April 30, 2014 and included confirmation number in email. Also I wrote your caller from embassy told my wife to bring medical and 2 pictures with you. When called to come in 2nd time. I wrote in email medical and pictures ready and give her date for appearing.

Today I received reply to my email to send DS260 confirmation letter as an attachment with email. Also send medical and 2 pictures via approved courier to embassy. See embassy caller said bring these documents when called to appear. Embassy email is asking to send via courier.

Sam and Waq stated in one of the post it may very well happen, embassy just stamp the visa and send her passport. My wife may not have to go to embassy 2nd time. Embassy did finger printing and took oath for signature on DS230. Don't you think, if my wife receives visa without re-appearing. It will be an ICE on the cake.....LOL. Daire aaiey ..... dowroust aaiey.

Congratulation for updates in your case. Brother poura AP HAATHI neekal ga ya hay. Bas aab bohat logon kay case may AP HAATHI key DOUM aariey hoiey hay. Inshallah Allah AP HAATHI key DOUM be bohat jaldi neekal jaiey gi.
