Yes Analyst, need invoice number and ISL number. That what I am doing for the last two days. Insh-Allah tonight I will complete it and submit it. Yesterday Embassy called my wife to submit DS260 and also said when called for interview bring 2 passport pictures and fresh medical. By the way this would be her 2nd time. Her first interview was in March 2013 and was put in AP.

I am very optimistic. praying and hopeful that after the 2nd interview she will get visa in May 2014. Insha-Allah.

where do we get invoice id from?

Happy Birthday! I am sorry you guys have not heard from me in a while. Visa journey website locked me out and it took some time for them to fix the problem.

I pray each and everyone of you get out of AP soon. It is great that you are all keeping track of your updates and know that they are or are not working on your case.

To those of you that are new to AP I want to say not to get upset with people who have been in AP longer and can't seem to answer your questions. The embassy keeps the reason for AP a mystery. No one knows why they are in AP. I have seen some couples with an age difference get their visas within a few months and others have to wait forever.

There is no attorney or congressman that can get you out of AP or make it go faster. The embassy was given this power over AP and visas by congress. The embassy can do what it wants and there is no one to stop them. So please just realize that all you can do is pray and wait. Call NVC and ask questions that is your right. Email the embassy if you want to and it makes you feel better. That is also your right. But do not get upset with people who have been suffering longer than you. AP is hell for everybody.

Hello Friends :

I was thing about AP at Islamabad embassy on different scenario. about 90 % people get AP result after interview but 10 % get approved why ..

Their circumstances make impact on visa interview or they are lucky .. Please answer some question according to your situation here so that we can understand & differentiate between them.

* Have you been travelled outside Pakistan & result AP ?

* Are you on K1,K3 OR CRI visa status & result AP ?

* Have you changed your name or spelling & result AP ?

* In which field you are doing job in Pakistan & result AP ?

* You and wife ( USC ) have big age difference ( 15 year ) & result AP ?

* Have you applied Non-Immigrant visa and got refused & result AP ?

* Did you receive REF at USCIS stage & result AP ?

* Have you arrested for any crime & result AP ?

You can add more question as you like & answer

Nawaz Sahib,

Depends what type of job youl do in US. Specially when you are in medicine profession, you can even make $500 or more in 30 minutes.... LOL.

Es liey tou may keh ta houn this country is like MILK & HONEY. When it comes to opportunities, Sir as you know there is No country in this world you can compare with US. Even not with next door Canada.

In this country, if you have will, there is way to fulfill that will.

agree with you that there is no match for the USA living, socializing, housing, schooling, constitutional laws..its just that they are bit picky n slow on giving out there immigration reforms n processes but once one is through, generations enjoy the fruits of living in the US

Invoice ID comes from NVC when you pay them a processing fee. We pay two process fee to NVC, one after application is approved and sent to NVC. When you pay the very first fee you get invoice. 2nd fee you pay to NVC for processing of affidavit of support.

You very well summed up very well. In the beginning you have to work hard then later on that hard work pays off. Pakistan may kam ker na be cha hay tou nahi mill ta. One of my nephew graduated last year graduated in chemical engineering and his brother in Feb. 2014 B. Pharmacy. Both them are looking for job and can't find it.

My answers hope this helps in some way.....but i think it has to do with whatever the Co wants to do and is in the mood to do with your case.

1.if you r referring to the beneficiary yes he did to Dubai for job. Not the reason for AP

2.CR1. Not the reason for AP

3.if you are referring to beneficiary no he has never changed his name. Not the reason for AP

4.if you are referring to beneficiary his field is accounting but he is currently not working. Not the reason for AP

5.No we only have a six year age difference, I am older (im the petitioner). Not the reason for AP

6.the beneficiary has never applied for a visa to travel to the usa. Not the reason for AP

7.never received anything but approvals from USCIS and NVC. Not the reason for AP

8.neither one of us have been arrested for a crime. Not the reason for AP.

I heard few time before on VJ here that US Embassy in Paki has more than 2000 pending cases to be finalized...anyone would share about this if this can be the reason for longer APs for all of us...bcoz 99 % IV cases have no solid reason to be stuck in AP bcoz every one is genuinely having bonafide relation to apply for US IV.

Your info share would be appreciated.
