Case updated on 24th of April to EXPIRING SOON What should i do.?? they touched my case on their own after March 15th spring cleaning date..... It has not been a year since medical. we renewed it in Sept. 2013. along with other docs follwing in Dec, oath and fingerprints were done on feb 4 2014.

medicals are valid for 6 months i just got off the phone with the Lahore medical center...so its not one year validity anymore..

Mine got expired in dec13 but so far just having regular case updates but nothing positive so far neither asked for fresh docs...

But if your finger prints/oath were done so most probably you will be hearing something soon from embassy..

Ours was k-1 and my fiance did fingerprints.

I dunt see any unusual thing in my case have a kid also so whts taking them soo long petition was filled in june 2011 interview on dec2013 and put into AP ufff Allah i dunt see any hope now 5th month going on and that CO lied to me that its normal and would take only 1 to 3 months :'(

VC in ISB US Embassy are hard core liars. After interview they tell everyone 2weeks to 2months for AP.

My case is in AP for 14 months now.

hello friends how r u?now in usa,after doing marriage 4 month passed but still didnt got my work permit ,can someone tell me plz who was at k1 visa and came in usa, after marriage how many days work permit take to come,and also plz how many days green card interview will b plzzzzzzzzz

hahahaa.... Thats how I feel everytime I see a post about anyone whose already came to USA on this forum. Husband has expired soon status on his case since past four days lol and I am like =O =O Allah jeeee help him! Or aik tu weekend ah jatha hai after every 5 days......

Inshallah ah jai ga bro, my cousin came in November and still he is waiting due to a address change mistake, sometimes it takes time however usually it comes within 60 days keep checking with your local immigration office, I would suggest you to contact ur congressmen's office they will help u in this process, good luck!

My fiance had his interview almost 8 months ago.

I know waiting is not fun at all, but am sure when the embassy is ready they will contact him if him needs a new set of fingerprints, and I believe this is a new thing they are doing now.

Kahan ho aap US mein. aur green card aanay mein tu time lagaya ga. mere bhi nahi aaya abi tak, muj ko 3 months honay walay hain US aaye huway.
