You just got to provide a joint income tax sponsor and yes it causes slight delays..

having a joint sponsor won't cause delays if the joint sponsor submits their affidavit of support at the NVC stage

low income or tax are red flags or not and is this a reason of AP?

it isn't a red flag, if your income isn't enough you need a joint sponsor

from pedestrians and neighbors & some shopkeepers and got satisfactory replies...One guy asked them to visit our home directly for complete information but they refused and left...

I wonder why US embassy has sent its staff for field investigation. Is it your first marriage? One thing I want to ask if you dont mind is that are you extraordinarily rich as compared with your American wife? And if I am not wrong, your wife is a caucasian American.

Usually they do a field investigation when they have doubts about the relationship. A field investigation is never a good thing. What your friends and neighbors say about you can get your visa denied.

There is no telling how long it will take before they make a decision to issue the visa. Keep checking for status updates and keep praying.

Yes there are certain things in our marriage which u can assume as "extraordinary" like we got married on Phone while she was in States and I was in Paki (Embassy accepted this marriage and they call it PROXY MARRIAGE)...after marriage I went to Dubai where i was working and applied my wife's spouse visa and she came to dubai on Husband's sponsorship visa which is endorsed on her passport...we spent 3 months together and then decided to apply for US visa...mean while I decided to move to Pakistan after applying the US immig. visa (IR1/CR1) and came to Pakistan...Then spent 3 months together here in Pakistan...in those days there were some international political issues which did not allow suitable safety for foreigners and specially for americans so we decided that she should go to USA for few months and return after these matters are resolved and now again she is with me in Pakistan for last 6 months...my financial condition is better as well alhamdillillah so I dont find out any thing suspicious in our case except that we lived in two countries and at the time of applying visa we were in dubai...last thing which I dont think is a reason and CO also told me that it is very common in USA as well is that my wife is little older than me but she looks younger than me...lol

Let's hope for the best for all bros and sis and have a nice weekened...

Pray Allah to bring all of us out of AP very soon...iA

regards

ALI & SANDRA
