Yes my wife's case is in AP since March 2013 and category is CR1. How long your case has been in AP?

Have they ask additional documents other then you had submitted before your interview?

No additional documents were requested at the time of interview or after the interview.

i m in AP since more than 2 months.they didnt ask any documents at thetime of interview coz we had already submited before.

CO said ur documents is complete n ur inteviewr is fine.n give me 60 days.

n waht about ur wife?

No additional documents were requested at the time of interview nor up to now. As far as age difference goes. There is big age difference between me and my wife. I am much older then my wife. I did ask embassy, if age difference is the cause of AP. So far they have replied NO. Age difference has nothing to do with my case.

If your case is just for 60 days in AP then I don't think you should be worried. Insha- Alah you will get you will get visa in next few weeks. In these 60 days, was there any update?

Did you email embassy in these 60 days and when was the interview?? My 60 days will up next week so i am just curious to call nvc and ask them about my case.. Should i wait a week more or call them rite now ?

I got 10 updates in these 60 days and my last update was 14 march 2014 :'(

after 60 days my husband called to the NVC n emailed to the embassy.

NVC said,ur case is in embassy n they r looking something after that my husband emailed to embassy .embassy replied copy paste email.n nothing else.

but i saw so many cases they stuck coz of age diffrence in AP n embassy never give u clearly answer about.

i wish ur wife get visa soon.

my husband is petitioner,my interview was on 23jan 2014.

My wife interview was on 4 feb so its 10 days difference in between.... Plzz ALLAH issue us the visa so can be together :'( :'( i really miss my wife :'((
