Janetusman, Ebunoluwa, 300 thanks for your comments.

I did ask age question to Islamabad US Embassy in my email. If age difference between me and my wife has anything to do with AP. Reply I received “NO”. I also asked ISB US Embassy is there any law in US. Which bars marriage between two adults due to age difference? Again ISB US Embassy replied “NO” there is no restriction.

You all know there no such law on the books about adult age difference related restriction for marriage in US. That bars that couple cannot get marriage due to age difference. If US Embassies have concerned about couples age difference. US government should pass a law as Saudi Arabia did about age difference.

About 6 months ago I called DOS and asked them the same question, if age difference between me and my wife is the cause for AP. DOS lady replied "NO". DOS lady replied there is another reason for your case being in AP and said she can't tell me the reason.

Even the criminals know the cause of their case in US. Here no one (Embassy, DOS, UCIS, and NVC) is sharing the cause of AP with us. I am sure there are fraudulent immigration cases out there. That doesn't meant all the immigration case should be handle with fraud stick.

In my case, my wife's maternal grandparents, maternal grand uncles, uncles with their wives and other family members attended wedding. My sisters, their daughters with their husband and other family members attended our wedding. At the time of the interview my wife shared all wedding picture with VO. We have submitted all documentary proof and necessary paper work.

I don't what else will satisfy ISB US Embassy or people responsible for processing AP. The only other thing comes to my mind is to submit video of intimate moments with wife or better yet perform live show in front of ISB US Embassy staff.

` I bet they will say this act is fake too and my case will be still in AP. They will still have doubts about our marriage due to age difference or for another stupid reason. Who knows, what VO was thinking during or after the interview. AP discretionary power has been bestowed upon VO to make our life miserable and at times mess up our relationship.

Dear reader in this forum. After submitting all required documents and filling every requirement. VO still has doubts about case. VO should share those concerns with the applicant or beneficiary and then start the inquiry through AP or by other means as his or heart desire. BUT please conclude that DAM inquiry in a timely manner. Do not let linger AP for months and years. We live in electronic age and do not use mules for travelling.

We have NO information’s. All we know the case is in AP. Why it is in AP? We don’t know. NO one has shared with us the reason and cause of our case being in AP. Sometime I think may be after the interview VO thought he or she is too UGLY to migrate to US and initiate AP.

You people may be laughing what I just stated BUT that’s true. No one knows VO state of mind during the interview. May have personal dislike or believes about certain nationality, race and creed. Any way my thoughts and prayers are with those beneficiaries. Who are in pathetic, miserable, agonizing AP.? I hope after this agonizing wait, our love ones one day by the grace of ALMIGHTY will get the visa and join us in the States. Inshallah.

hi after interview did co keep her passport n how many age diffrence between u n ur wife?

I am sorry to tell you, but the embassy and DOS are not telling you the truth. As I have stated before, I have paperwork from USCIS that was given to my husband at his interview. It is titled the Suspect Marriage Referral Sheet and the number one item is Large age difference (wife is older by several years). Please look at the attachment on this post.

AOA everyone.....just went through this forum and found it really helpful in giving me the hope and courage that its not only me and people has been waiting for a lot longer than me and finally after a long wait like 4 years gor thwir visas and a chance to spend their life with their loved ones.

Ok now coming to my case, I was interviewed on 29th july 2013 (was married on 25th may 3012) and the CO told me that i need to get a new co-sponsor and also my case is under AP..

We submitted all documents by mid august, my case status was constantly changing in those day,

At that time my wife was in US and i was working for a bank in pakistan but after my interview i got a job offer from a bank in dubai.....and moved to dubai....

I updated this information with the embassy, my cases was getting updated but the embassy never replied to me.

In november i applied for my wife's and daughter 's visa for dubai and now we all are living in dubai.

I have recently asked the embassy about my case several times but they send me the same reply everytime.

I would like to know if any one can tell me that

Is moving to Dubai is not a good idea? Will it effect my visa process?

Can i get my cases transferred during AP

i have also lived in UK for 5 year apprx....does that also effeCTS my AP?

My wife and daughter are staying with me...is this a plus point?

And i have got a three years work visa in Dubai and my pasport has that visa sticker, can this visa be a issue for US EMBASSY?

Please give your comments regarding my case....

Goodluck everyone!! IA we all will get our visas.
