No update for me sense they received documents from us Nov 11. It's really depressing when they are updating your case all the time and then they just stop.

Hi Every1

I been a silent reader from a long time. Forgt my password for the other account london92 so made a new. Anyways i was interview on 11-oct-2012

Recently recieved an email to submit updated medical along with ds160 and pics.

Which i did on 29 nov. Case updated on 4,5 dec then today recieved a call from the embassy.

The guy on the phone said:

Please can you come to the embassy. We need to do your fingerprinting and you need to take oath and after that your visa will be issued.

The thing that surprises me is that i havent heard anyone being called again for fingerprinting and oath taking for k-1 visa after being in ap for 14 months.

Is there anyone here who had similar experience ?

Hi london 9201,

I have never heard of anyone being called back for fingerprints and oath either but you must do what they say. Did the embassy send you an email with a date to come in? As far as I know you will not be able to get into the embassy without an email from them.

16 days passed after documents submitting but still no reply ,problem is that at CEAC site my update not changing they did 5 time email during last 2month but date didit change, thats y confused that when doc will b reviewed will the date change or not, and what will they do

i got this email 10 days back dont know when they contacted me.Every day i check email and CEAC web site but no date change since i got this reply and i am still waiting .

We sent the new medical last Tuesday Dec 3rd through Amex. Our date is updated today Dec 9th. I think they updated their system with the new medical.

my case updated in ceac on 9th dec and today on 10th dec and got email reply from embassy
