In all cases after 4 or 5 updates.. They stop to update cases ..

After 6 to 7 updates after my interview my updates stopped at 19 feb now again i got update on 3rd march... Is this a positive sign?

Yes Cinderella, My wife sent them an email requesting them to send my passport, because it is going to expire on June 2014 in the same

inquiry she asked about the status, the next day she got an email and case updated which was 11 February, then it started to update

from 19 till now 5 updates, i hope they will issue me the visa but they never asked me for Photographs when i went for fingerprints,

the guy who was giving instructions about finger prints, said no need of your photos he can see me, it's maybe due to my K-1 Petition.

Please pray that i get it this Month thanks

when you request ur psprt back then embassy return ur passport or not?

What did embassy reply to you.actully my psprt is expiring in june too i emailed embassy to return my psprt on 19 but still they did reply.Plz guid me what should i do,

any way wish that you get ur visa soon.

Thx ..when they give me date for fingerprints and oath in a week or 2 or 3 ?and what are chances that they will issue me visa after this step

they will call u shortly with a date for fingerprints, it's good sign

mohsin i have a question and that...... during whole AP process how many times did u email then. i heard that a lot of email they put ur case on the back shelf is it true??

tarasara CO did not ask any other documents from me .. he said that u r approve but ur visa case needs further administrative process it can take several weeks to several months .. and gave me green slip..

tarasara my husband send email after 1 week of my interview.. and in 2 months he send them mail 2 times.. he didnot know about 60 days thats y he mailed them ..
