Kaleem999.

You must have an email from the embassy asking for a new medical.

You can contact the embassy and tell them your medical will expire and see what they say.[/quote

Thanks carolyn

Yes Cinderella, My wife sent them an email requesting them to send my passport, because it is going to expire on June 2014 in the same

inquiry she asked about the status, the next day she got an email and case updated which was 11 February, then it started to update

from 19 till now 5 updates, i hope they will issue me the visa but they never asked me for Photographs when i went for fingerprints,

the guy who was giving instructions about finger prints, said no need of your photos he can see me, it's maybe due to my K-1 Petition.

Please pray that i get it this Month thanks

For K-1 Visa and CR-1 your finger prints is done before interview, for K-1 & CR-1 Our finger prints were done before. the moment you walk inside the embassy you have to enter in to biometrics section with your passport size pictures, at the time of finger prints they ask you for pictures and then CO will need your passport size pix for your processing your visa. so neither i was asked at biometrics nor at the time of interview.
