You know, it would be really helpful, if you guys would fill out your timelines!! I don't know why no one in this thread does that. But in the last two pages - only two of you have!

Do you guys realize that if you fill out the timelines VisaJourney can then give us a lot more information about visas from Pakistan? They can estimate far better how long our waits might be, they can tell us what percentage of people have been approved and what percentage of people haven't been. And it gives us a really easy way to know if we're ahead of or behind other people. If we're behind then we know we need to start calling them and bugging them.

It's really weird, but I've noticed in the Pakistani threads people are far less likely to fill out their timelines. People from other countries do it in far higher percentages. And it's robbing us all of valuable information as we wait on our visas for our loved ones, from Islamabad.

If I've convinced you to do it, just click on Immigration Timelines at the very top of the page and then click ADD MY ENTRY on the next page.

Thanks! Hope to see a lot more of you doing this so we can all have that valuable information.

received call from the embassy earlier today but couldnt understand because of driving and traffic. they said they'll email the list for the required documents but havent received any email yet. How long could that take? and would the NVC know which documents the embassy is asking for?

since how long you are in AP ? if its more than a year then they must be asking for DS260 & Medical.

By the way you wait till tomorrow morning 10 AM and if don't receive any email from Embassy then write to them...they will send you detailed email of required docs. OK...

CTRL + Q to Enable/Disable GoPhoto.it

how long it takes Embassy to reply after docs expiry? my opinion is they only ask for fresh docs when they are ready to proceed or to keep file updated when the case is actually being undergoing processing " Actively" not "Pending"....rest VJ's might have different opinion..
