Logs of chats/Facebook are only considered secondary evidence, anyway, so don't trouble yourself too much with those. What you should be focusing on are passport stamps proving entry to another country, and boarding passes. You don't need to prove your relationship - you need to prove you have met, in person, in the last 2 years.

The K1 journey:                                                                                                                             The AOS journey:

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

06/19/2015 - Wedding (L)

The ROC journey:

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

The N-400 journey:

02/16/2020 - N-400 application filed online

02/21/2020 - Paper NOA received in the mail

03/13/2020 - Biometrics

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

Hello!

Do you have passport stamps? You and your fiance/e can send copies of those. What about hotel reservations/receipts with both your names there? Gift receipts (just a handful)? Did you guys email your itineraries to each other before? Maybe you still have those... When sending photos, as much as possible, use activity photos and include with friends and family members as well.

We didn't submit any boarding passes as we didn't know we had to keep those. We used the itineraries that we emailed to each other. We also didn't provide any chat logs or phone records.

It is indeed a stressful process but the VJ guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide and the previous posts here helped us a lot to get to the finish line.

All the best to you guys!
