I recently got the NOA2 in the mail. So now I am working on the I 134 affidavit of support. My parents are vouching for my fiance since my income was very small in the last year. and they have filled out the I 134 to support my fiance. My question is, do I also need to fill out and I 134 form? I am in Argentina right now and my last 12 pays stubs are all from argentina. How can I get a US notary that way? Also, is there an expiration date for the I 134? My parents already filled it out for me. and the petition is at the NVC. Thankyou
