All she possibly said was uh oh when the site did not work. The rest of the comment - you know, the "it's okay..." part was positively not spoken by Sebelius but by the lady in front of the screen. Are you outraged over the initial reaction? The "uh-oh"?

I'm not outraged at all. I thought it was funny to compare Secretary Sebelius' reaction to that of the pyramids architect in the Geico commercial, when he finds out it's all gone Pete Tong and says "Uh oh".

I'm not trying to find any argument. It's a quite natural first reaction when something doesn't go to plan. Not sure why that would make her an idot. It makes her human.
