My partner came to visit me Oct 13th of 2013 and stayed until November 8th 2013. We are planning for him to visit me again this coming February 27th 2014 until April 1st 2014 but he needs to get his passport renewed because it will expire on March 2 2014. He came here on an ESTA for the visit in October so he will need a new ESTA by this time. Are there any issues with entering the country again that soon? Should he try to obtain a tourist visa instead of the ESTA since we are planning on him visiting me over the next year.
