Photos, chat logs, emails can be used. Did you visit Jamaica? If so, you should have a boarding pass, flight itinerary, passport stamp etc.

Don't worry about the phone records. If anything, they can ask the NSA for those.

Ok thank you getting ready to start paperwork ..

When determining what evidence to use, keep in mind that there is no specific type of evidence required. Try to think of it this way - A government employee who has absolutely no idea who you are is set with the task of determining whether your marriage is bona fide or not. Your job is to provide evidence to show that it is.

I.e. when using pictures - Don't send 200 pictures of your faces. This proves that you have access to a camera. Instead, send ~20 pictures of the two of you in different places, some with friends, some with family. Make sure backgrounds are distinguishable etc. This proves that you have spent more than one occasion together, and that you have met his family.

If you're sending in chat logs, don't send in 20 pages of the time you guys said "I love you! I love you more! No, I love you more!" That proves you chatted on one occasion. Rather, send in excerpts of chat logs from a wide range of dates. If anything, this at least shows that you have you spent considerable time chatting.

Think this way about everything you send in as evidence.

Tons are pictures are not needed. What is needed is proof you have met in person. As long as you have passport stamps and boarding passes from when you went to see him, then you should be fine. Yes, more evidence is good, but you don't necessarily have to wait until you have it. It will be a good idea to keep whatever boarding passes you get from a next visit, to show at the Embassy interview stage, as proof of an ongoing relationship.

The K1 journey:                                                                                                                             The AOS journey:

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

06/19/2015 - Wedding (L)

The ROC journey:

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

The N-400 journey:

02/16/2020 - N-400 application filed online

02/21/2020 - Paper NOA received in the mail

03/13/2020 - Biometrics

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

Tons of pictures aren't needed, but used wisely, pictures are great evidence of having spent significant amounts of time together. The USCIS is flying blind in approving petitions - which is why the vast majority of petitions fly through USCIS with minimal evidence, only to be rubber stamped "DENIED" by the consulate.

OP: There is a frequently used term on this forum called "Front loading a petition." Front loading means to include as much evidence as possible in the initial petition. This is done, not for the petition to be approved by USCIS (as most petitions are), but for the visa to be approved by the consulate/embassy. Consular officers are the people who will eventually approve or deny the visa. Their job is to make a subjective decision as to the bona fide nature of your relationship based on the evidence in front of them. Usually, they have a very short timeframe to do this.

Certain consulates will usually approve a visa without much hassle, and with minimal evidence (especially in developed countries), while other consulates (especially in developing countries) some times deny visas even if the applicant has a 100lbs backpack filled with evidence.

If you were petitioning for a Scandinavian or Australian beneficiary, I would say file today. If you were petitioning for a an African or MENA (Middle East/North Africa) beneficiary, I'd say wait until April. I don't know how 'difficult' or how big the burden of proof is in Jamaica, but I would read some interview reviews on this website, and ask around the Caribbean regional forum on here to get an idea.

Your profile shows K-3. This is the K-1 forum. What are you filing for? You mentioned fiance. K-1 is for fiance, and K-3 is for a spouse.

For the I-129F petition to begin the process for a K-1, you need proof of meeting in person within the 2 years prior to filing. Photos are only secondary evidence. The important types of evidence are boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, and passport stamps. Use photos of your visits to back up those evidences. The chat logs, phone records, emails, etc. are for showing ongoing relationship, which is not really required for the I-129F approval, but will be for the actual K-1 visa approval at the consulate later.
