It depends on what he needs to enter the USA, does he need have a valid visa, can he prove to CPB that he doesn't intend to stay when he gets here.

If your husband has a valid B-2 visa, or, if he is from one of the Visa Waiver Program countries (full list: https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1550/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xMzg0OTc4MDc2L3NpZC9wXzNFblJGbA%3D%3D) then he should be able to visit the US without too much difficulty. If he is not from one of those countries, and he does not currently have a valid B-2 visa, he will have to apply for a B-2 tourist visa. This will be very difficult to get with a US citizen wife and newly born child.

Sorry but pregnancy is not the criteria to expedite CR1 petition, or else everyone will do that, I know I would have done that idea9dv.gif so I won't have to wait over 1 year. ranting33va.gif

It's going to be almost impossible to get a non immigrant visa, you can always try expediting but Pregnancy isn't one that USCIS usually responds to this is the list.

CR1 or IR1 visa has nothing to do with country. I am a US citizen applied in march for my wife who is in india, there are thousands like me from all over the world.

Here is a good answer from USCIS that they consider as a valid expedite request: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

There is no expedite for pregnancy unfortunately.

Expedites are usually only granted in extreme, extraordinary circumstances of life and death, or in national interest.

If he does not have his CR-1 visa by the time you give birth, the only option is a tourist visa.

It can be used as a good piece of evidence to show a bona fide marriage, yes.

It will not expedite the process.
