How long should it take to get visa, after interview and submitting additional requirements

Hi,

My wife had her interview in Nov 8, 2013. The interview went great but, since her name was misspelled in the Marriage certificate, she had to get another NBI clearance in the wrong name and send it via mail to the embassy(they gave her a packet that would be delivered by 2go to the US embassy). I was wondering how long would it take for the embassy to process this and will we be notified by the embassy if we were approved or anything?

I wonder if anyone has gone through the same situation?

Your help will be reallly appreciated. Thank you guys.

If everything else is good after they review the file once more (shows up as AP) the status should go to issued shortly after that.

Watch for it to go to to AP for a short time again, then to issued, day or two after that 2GO should have it.

what happened to ceac is after interview AP then after 2 days it say's READY not ISSUE.

is something wrong in our's?
