At some POEs people have been advised to go through the Citizen/LPR line and have done so without issue so long as their USC fiance(e)/spouse was with them. Either way you can go through the same line, but as for which it depends on what the line staffers say on the day.

"What's yours is mine!"

You know what I ask that question when I came from Jamaica on last month and the guy told me a citizen can go in line with fiancé and spouse but they cant come in LPR/Citizen line. Because they have a visa and have to get process

It is unclear here too, whether we are talking about entering as a tourist (VWP/B-2), or entering as a fiance (K-1). Tourists entering on the Visa Waiver Program or B-2 visas cannot enter through the citizens or resident line, even if accompanied by their spouse or fiance(e).

That's correct but US citizen & LPR can go through visitor line with them. B2/VWP & K1visa CR1/IR1 must go through visitor line.

All,

Have any USC traveled to POE with their fiance? If yes, can you please let me know if we can go through CBP together in the same line? Or do I have to go through US Citizen and him through the Visitor line?

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

It really depends on what your airport people allow. What happens at one is not true for all. Ask when you get to the immigration hall. There is usually someone official directing people to the lines. Explain you are a couple and one needs immigration processing. Normally you can go to the same line. We used the visitor line.

Lost_at_sea--We are planning to POE at SFO and then continue our journey to Oregon where I live. Good to know there is a new immigrant line and we can go through together. Is the new immigrant line clearly identified?

Yeah, it was when we came in! It only had one other family in the queue when we arrived. :)
