hello

can someone please tell me his or her experience with AP ? My wife has been in AP for over 2 months now in Dakar( Senegal). when I emailed the Embassy, they told me that her case is with eligibility Unit for processing, what that really mean? also she was with my son but they did not put his case in AP, his case status is still "Ready" can someone please help me understand this stressful situation?

Salut Bouba je suis maintenant dans le même cas que ta femme je suis maintenant sous ap depuis une semaine et c'est frustrant j'espère que le cas de ta femme est réglé c'est le visa f2a et sa pris combien de temps merci de me répondre. Il étudie le dossier a l'intérieur du consulat ou ils envoient a l'immigration. Merci

Hello, I have been under administrative processing for over a year, it's just a waiting game you can't do anything about it, you have just to wait for. with fact every case is different, it could take days months or years. be positive and try to email them always, plus make sure they update all the time.

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

maprincess, parlez-vous anglais? Do you speak English? If so give us some more info about the case. What exactly happened inside the consulate? Also AP does not depend on the type of visa. Please let us know.

Ap is a black hole, only at the consulate know what happen, when you e-mail them to ask what happen you get the same answer: your case is under ap, we will contact the aplicant when ap finish.

Black hole.

I am in,ap for 9 months now.
